Rename "GEM CMA" helpers to "GEM DMA" helpers - considering the hierarchy of APIs (mm/cma -> dma -> gem dma) calling them "GEM DMA" seems to be more applicable. Besides that, commit e57924d4ae80 ("drm/doc: Task to rename CMA helpers") requests to rename the CMA helpers and implies that people seem to be confused about the naming. Also drivers/gpu/drm/Makefile was fixed up manually after renaming drm_gem_cma_helper.c to drm_gem_dma_helper.c. This patch is compile-time tested building a x86_64 kernel with `make allyesconfig && make drivers/gpu/drm`. drm: Drop drm_framebuffer.h from drm_crtc.h

drm_crtc.h has no need for drm_frambuffer.h, so don't include it. Avoids useless rebuilds of the entire universe when touching drm_framebuffer.h. Quite a few placs do currently depend on drm_framebuffer.h without actually including it directly. spi: make remove callback a void function

The value returned by an spi driver's remove function is mostly ignored. (Only an error message is printed if the value is non-zero that the error is ignored.) So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly. There is no intended change of behaviour, all callbacks were prepared to return 0 before. drm/format-helper: Rework format-helper conversion functions

Move destination-buffer clipping from all format-helper conversion functions into callers. Support destination-buffer pitch. Only distinguish between system and I/O memory, but use same logic everywhere. Simply harmonize the interface and semantics of the existing code. Not all conversion helpers support all combinations of parameters. The function drm_gem_fb_prepare_fb() is a helper for atomic modesetting, but currently located next to framebuffer helpers. Move it to GEM atomic helpers, rename it slightly and adopt the drivers. Same for the rsp simple-pipe helper. Compile-tested with x86-64, aarch64 and arm.
