[ Upstream commit 32e5a120a5105bce01561978ee55aee8e40ac0dc ] Inside tegra_fb_create(), drm_gem_object_lookup() increments ref count of the found object. But if the following size check fails then the last found object's ref count should be put there as the unreferencing loop can't detect this situation. Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org). drm/fb: rename FB CMA helpers to FB DMA helpers

Rename "FB CMA" helpers to "FB DMA" helpers - considering the hierarchy of APIs (mm/cma -> dma -> fb dma) calling them "FB DMA" seems to be more applicable. Besides that, commit e57924d4ae80 ("drm/doc: Task to rename CMA helpers") requests to rename the CMA helpers and implies that people seem to be confused about the naming. This patch is compile-time tested building a x86_64 kernel with `make allyesconfig && make drivers/gpu/drm`. drm: Drop drm_framebuffer.h from drm_crtc.h

drm_crtc.h has no need for drm_frambuffer.h, so don't include it. Avoids useless rebuilds of the entire universe when touching drm_framebuffer.h. Quite a few placs do currently depend on drm_framebuffer.h without actually including it directly. Spelling out _unlocked for each and every driver is a annoying. Especially if we consider how many drivers, do not know (or need to) about the horror stories involving struct_mutex. Just drop the suffix. It makes the API cleaner.
