drm/fb: rename FB CMA helpers to FB DMA helpers

Rename "FB CMA" helpers to "FB DMA" helpers - considering the hierarchy of APIs (mm/cma -> dma -> fb dma) calling them "FB DMA" seems to be more applicable. Besides that, commit e57924d4ae80 ("drm/doc: Task to rename CMA helpers") requests to rename the CMA helpers and implies that people seem to be confused about the naming. This patch is compile-time tested building a x86_64 kernel with `make allyesconfig && make drivers/gpu/drm`. drm: Drop drm_framebuffer.h from drm_crtc.h

drm_crtc.h has no need for drm_frambuffer.h, so don't include it. Avoids useless rebuilds of the entire universe when touching drm_framebuffer.h. Quite a few placs do currently depend on drm_framebuffer.h without actually including it directly. Spelling out _unlocked for each and every driver is a annoying. Especially if we consider how many drivers, do not know (or need to) about the horror stories involving struct_mutex. Just drop the suffix. It makes the API cleaner. drm_fb_helper_{add,remove}_one_connector() and drm_fb_helper_single_add_all_connectors() are dummy functions now and serve no purpose. Hence remove their calls.
