Add support for booting and using NVJPG on Tegra210 to the Host1x and TegraDRM drivers. This driver only supports the new TegraDRM uAPI. drm: remove driver date from struct drm_driver and all drivers

We stopped using the driver initialized date in commit 7fb8af6798e8 ("drm: deprecate driver date") and (eventually) started returning "0" for drm_version ioctl instead. Rework fbdev probing to support fbdev_probe in struct drm_driver and remove the old fb_probe callback. Provide an initializer macro for struct drm_driver that sets the callback according to the kernel configuration. Call drm_client_setup() to run the kernel's default client setup for DRM. Set fbdev_probe in struct drm_driver, so that the client setup can start the common fbdev client. The tegra driver specifies a preferred color mode of 32.
