Revert "drm: Make drivers depends on DRM_DW_HDMI"

commit 8f7f115596d3dccedc06f5813e0269734f5cc534 upstream. This reverts commit c0e0f139354c01e0213204e4a96e7076e5a3e396, as helper code should always be selected by the driver that needs it, for the convenience of the final user configuring a kernel. The user who configures a kernel should not need to know which helpers are needed for the driver he is interested in. Making a driver depend on helper code means that the user needs to know which helpers to enable first, which is very user-unfriendly. [ Upstream commit c0e0f139354c01e0213204e4a96e7076e5a3e396 ] DRM_DW_HDMI has a number of dependencies that might not be enabled. However, drivers were used to selecting it while not enforcing the DRM_DW_HDMI dependencies. drm/sun4i: hdmi: Fix u64 div on 32bit arch

Commit 358e76fd613a ("drm/sun4i: hdmi: Consolidate atomic_check and mode_valid") changed the clock rate from an unsigned long to an unsigned long long resulting in a a 64-bit division that might not be supported on all platforms. The resulted in compilation being broken at least for m68k, xtensa and some arm configurations, at least. drm/sun4i: hdmi: Add missing drm_atomic header

Commit 358e76fd613a ("drm/sun4i: hdmi: Consolidate atomic_check and mode_valid") added a call to drm_atomic_get_new_connector_state() but didn't include drm_atomic.h which defines it. On some configuration, this leads to a build failure, presumably because in the common case the header gets included by an intermediate header but it isn't always the case. Let's add a proper include. atomic_check and mode_valid do not check for the same things which can lead to surprising result if the userspace commits a mode that didn't go through mode_valid. Let's merge the two implementations into a function called by both. drm: remove I2C_CLASS_DDC support

After removal of the legacy EEPROM driver and I2C_CLASS_DDC support in olpc_dcon there's no i2c client driver left supporting I2C_CLASS_DDC. Class-based device auto-detection is a legacy mechanism and shouldn't be used in new code. So we can remove this class completely now.
