drm/panel: otm8009a: Set backlight parent to panel device

commit ab4f869fba6119997f7630d600049762a2b014fa upstream. This is the logical place to put the backlight device, and it also fixes a kernel crash if the MIPI host is removed. Previously the backlight device would be unregistered twice when this happened - once as a child of the MIPI host through `mipi_dsi_host_unregister`, and once when the panel device is destroyed. MEDIA_BUS_FMT_RGB888_1X7X4_SPWG ... BPP=8 Currently the panel description mixes both, BPP from 1) and bus format from 2), which triggers a warning at panel-simple.c:615. Pick the later, set bpp=8, fix the warning. If function panel_dpi_probe() is called panel->desc will be updated, but further on only desc will be evaluated. So update the desc pointer to be able to use the data from the function panel_dpi_probe().
