The prepare timing specified by the G190EAN01 datasheet should be between 30 and 50 ms. Considering it might take some time for the LVDS encoder to enable the signal, we should only wait the min. required time in the panel driver and not the max. allowed time. Add WaveShare 13.3inch 1920x1080 DSI Capacitive Touch Display support. While the panel is described as DPI panel, it is part of a larger unit in non-removable metal casing, so the actual internal configuration is not known. The panel is attached to "waveshare,dsi2dpi" bridge via DT. It is likely that internally, this panel is an LVDS panel, connected to ICN6211 DSI-to-DPI bridge and then another unknown DPI-to-LVDS bridge. drm/panel-edp: Move FriendlyELEC HD702E

FriendlyELEC's HD702E module is an eDP panel (in as much as it's some LVDS LCD behind a Chrontel CH7511B eDP bridge), so move its data over to the eDP driver, also resolving the warning about the missing bpc value in the process. The unfortunate combination of HPD not being wired up and the RK3399 eDP controller's behaviour seems to result in the EDID not being readable over DP-AUX without probing the panel first, thus the hard-coded mode is still needed to get things going. The switch from devm_kzalloc() + drm_panel_init() to devm_drm_panel_alloc() introduced a regression. Several panel descriptors do not set connector_type. For those panels, panel_simple_probe() used to compute a connector type (currently DPI as a fallback) and pass that value to drm_panel_init(). After the conversion to devm_drm_panel_alloc(), the call unconditionally used desc->connector_type instead, ignoring the computed fallback and potentially passing DRM_MODE_CONNECTOR_Unknown, which drm_panel_bridge_add() does not allow. Move the connector_type validation / fallback logic before the devm_drm_panel_alloc() call and pass the computed connector_type to devm_drm_panel_alloc(), so panels without an explicit connector_type once again get the DPI default.
