The LD070WX3 is a Color Active Matrix Liquid Crystal Display with an
integral Light Emitting Diode (LED) backlight system. The matrix employs
a-Si Thin Film Transistor as the active element. It is a transmissive type
display operating in the normally Black mode. This TFT-LCD has 7.0 inches
diagonally measured active display area with WXGA resolution (800 by 1280
pixel array).

LG LD070WX3-SL01 MIPI DSI panel was treated as simple DSI panel when it is
actually not and requires proper setup for correct work. Simple panel work
relied on preliminary configuration done by bootloader.

Synaptics TDDI (Touch/Display Integration) panels utilize a single chip
for display and touch controllers. Implement a simple device driver for
such panels, along with its built-in LED backlight controller, and add
support for TD4101 and TD4300 panels in the driver.

Add panel driver used in the OnePlus 6T.

No datasheet, based mostly on EDK2 init sequence and the downstream driver.

Note: This driver doesn't use previously mentioned "samsung,s6e3fc2x01"
by OnePlus 6T device-tree.
The reason is because DDIC itself without knowing the panel type used
with it will not give the driver enough information about the panel used,
as the panel cannot be autodetected.
While would be more practical to support the original compatible,
I would like to avoid it, to prevent confusing devs upstreaming DDICs.

This panel requires dual-channel mode. The device accepts video-mode data
on 8 lanes and will therefore need a dual-channel DSI controller. The two
interfaces that make up this device need to be instantiated in the
controllers that gang up to provide the dual-channel DSI host.

Samsung AMS561RA01 is an AMOLED panel, using the Samsung S6E8AA5X01 MIPI
DSI controller. Implement a basic panel driver for such panels.

The driver also initializes a backlight device, which works by changing
the panel's gamma values and aid brightness levels appropriately, with
the help of look-up tables acquired from downstream kernel sources.
