When the SDI output was converted to DRM bridge, the atomic versions of
enable and disable funcs were used. This was not intended, as that would
require implementing other atomic funcs too. This leads to:

WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 18 at drivers/gpu/drm/drm_bridge.c:708 drm_atomic_helper_commit_modeset_enables+0x134/0x268

and display not working.

Fix this by using the legacy enable/disable funcs.

Add the new vma_set_file() function to allow changing
vma-&gt;vm_file with the necessary refcount dance.

v2: add more users of this.
v3: add missing EXPORT_SYMBOL, rebase on mmap cleanup,
add comments why we drop the reference on two occasions.
v4: make it clear that changing an anonymous vma is illegal.
v5: move vma_set_file to mm/util.c

pm_runtime_get_sync() increments the runtime PM usage counter
even when it returns an error code. However, users of its
direct wrappers in omapdrm assume that PM usage counter will
not change on error. Thus a pairing decrement is needed on
the error handling path for these wrappers to keep the counter
balanced.

<title>drm: omapdrm: Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones</title>

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
  If not .svg:
    For each line:
      If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
        For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
	  If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
              Replace HTTP with HTTPS.
