[ Upstream commit 62aeaeaa1b267c5149abee6b45967a5df3feed58 ] Only really pci devices have a business setting this - it's for figuring out whether the legacy vga stuff should be nuked too. And with the preceding two patches those are all using the pci version of this. drm: Drop drm_framebuffer.h from drm_crtc.h

drm_crtc.h has no need for drm_frambuffer.h, so don't include it. Avoids useless rebuilds of the entire universe when touching drm_framebuffer.h. Quite a few placs do currently depend on drm_framebuffer.h without actually including it directly. Moving the driver-specific mmap code into a GEM object function allows for using DRM helpers for various mmap callbacks. The respective msm functions are being removed. drm/aperture: Pass DRM driver structure instead of driver name

Print the name of the DRM driver when taking over fbdev devices. Makes the output to dmesg more consistent. Note that the driver name is only used for printing a string to the kernel log. No UAPI is affected by this change. drm_fb_helper_{add,remove}_one_connector() and drm_fb_helper_single_add_all_connectors() are dummy functions now and serve no purpose. Hence remove their calls.
