Atomic helpers really want this instead of the hacked-up legacy backoff trick, which unfortunately prevents drivers from using their own private drm_modeset_locks. Aside: There's a few atomic drivers (nv50, vc4, soon vmwgfx) which don't yet use the new atomic color mgmt/gamma table stuff. Would be nice if they could switch over and just hook up drm_atomic_helper_legacy_gamma_set() instead. drm: Rely on mode_config data for fb_helper initialization

Instead of receiving the num_crts as a parameter, we can read it directly from the mode_config structure. I audited the drivers that invoke this helper and I believe all of them initialize the mode_config struct accordingly, prior to calling the fb_helper. I used the following coccinelle hack to make this transformation, except for the function headers and comment updates.
