For each client driver, its timeout handler need to dump hardware register or its state machine information, and their way to detect timeout are also different, so remove timeout handler in helper function and let client driver implement its own timeout handler. GEM object functions deprecate several similar callback interfaces in struct drm_driver. This patch replaces the per-driver callbacks with per-instance callbacks in mediatek.
