Move the generic fbdev implementation into its own source and header file. Adapt drivers. drm/mcde: Don't set struct drm_driver.lastclose

Don't set struct drm_driver.lastclose. It's used to restore the fbdev console. But as mcde uses generic fbdev emulation, the console is being restored by the DRM client helpers already. See the call to drm_client_dev_restore() in drm_lastclose(). Rename "GEM CMA" helpers to "GEM DMA" helpers - considering the hierarchy of APIs (mm/cma -> dma -> gem dma) calling them "GEM DMA" seems to be more applicable. Besides that, commit e57924d4ae80 ("drm/doc: Task to rename CMA helpers") requests to rename the CMA helpers and implies that people seem to be confused about the naming. Also drivers/gpu/drm/Makefile was fixed up manually after renaming drm_gem_cma_helper.c to drm_gem_dma_helper.c. This patch is compile-time tested building a x86_64 kernel with `make allyesconfig && make drivers/gpu/drm`. drm/mcde: Add support for the nomodeset kernel parameter

According to disable Documentation/admin-guide/kernel-parameters.txt, this parameter can be used to disable kernel modesetting. DRM drivers will not perform display-mode changes or accelerated rendering and only the system framebuffer will be available if it was set-up. But only a few DRM drivers currently check for nomodeset, make this driver to also support the command line parameter.
