<title>drm/imx: Add initial support for DCSS on iMX8MQ</title>

This adds initial support for iMX8MQ's Display Controller Subsystem (DCSS).
Some of its capabilities include:
 * 4K@60fps;
 * HDR10;
 * one graphics and 2 video pipelines;
 * on-the-fly decompression of compressed video and graphics;

The reference manual can be found here:
https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=IMX8MDQLQRM

The current patch adds only basic functionality: one primary plane for
graphics, linear, tiled and super-tiled buffers support (no graphics
decompression yet), no HDR10 and no video planes.

Video planes support and HDR10 will be added in subsequent patches once
per-plane de-gamma/CSC/gamma support is in.

Since the TVE provides a clock to the DI, the driver can only be
compiled if the common clock framework is enabled. With the COMMON_CLK
dependency in place, it will be possible to allow building the other
parts of imx-drm under COMPILE_TEST on architectures that do not select
the common clock framework.

While it is possible to hook other CRTC implementations into imx-drm
in practice there are none yet and the option to disable ipuv3-crtc
support has been hidden for a long time.

Now that the imx-drm-core has learned to deal with some of the
specifics of IPUv3 there is a cyclic dependency between both parts.
To get rid of this and to decimate the Kconfig maze a bit, simply
merge both parts into one module.

Currently enabling Freescale i.MX DRM support automatically pulls
in fbdev dependency. However this dep is unnecessary since
DRM core already handles this for us (DRM_FBDEV_EMULATION).

Move the generic implementation to &lt;linux/dma-mapping.h&gt; now that all
architectures support it and remove the HAVE_DMA_ATTR Kconfig symbol now
that everyone supports them.

DRM_IMX_FB_HELPER config is currently used to enable/disable fbdev
emulation for the imx kms driver.

Remove this local config option and use the top level DRM_FBDEV_EMULATION
config option where applicable. Using this config lets us also prevent
wrapping around drm_fb_helper_* calls with #ifdefs in certain places.

This patch allows to optionally attach the lvds-channel to a panel
supported by a drm_panel driver using of-graph bindings, instead of
supplying the modes via display-timings in the device tree.

This depends on of_graph_get_port_by_id and uses the OF graph to
link the optional DRM panel to the LDB lvds-channel. The output
port number is 1 on devices without the 4-port input multiplexer
(i.MX5) and 4 on devices with the mux (i.MX6).

Before:

	ldb {
		...

		lvds-channel@0 {
			...

			display-timings {
				native-timing = &lt;&amp;timing1&gt;;
				timing1: etm0700g0dh6 {

					vactive = &lt;480&gt;;
					clock-frequency = &lt;33260000&gt;;
					hsync-len = &lt;128&gt;;
					hback-porch = &lt;88&gt;;
					hfront-porch = &lt;40&gt;;
					vsync-len = &lt;2&gt;;
					vback-porch = &lt;33&gt;;
					vfront-porch = &lt;10&gt;;
					hsync-active = &lt;0&gt;;
					vsync-active = &lt;0&gt;;
					...
				};
			};
			...
		};
	};

After:
	ldb {
		...

		lvds-channel@0 {
			...

			port@4 {
				reg = &lt;4&gt;;

				lvds_out: endpoint {
					remote_endpoint = &lt;&amp;panel_in&gt;;
				};
			};
		};
	};

	panel {
		compatible = "edt,etm0700g0dh6", "simple-panel";
		...

		port {
