The basedie step initialization as well as its last users were removed
in commit 326e30e4624c ("drm/i915: Drop dead code for pvc"). Follow
through with removing the unused macros and struct member and debug
logging.

The intel_display_step_name() is an unnecessary extra
indirection. Simplify by just adding a macro to map intel_step_name() to
xe_step_name().

We'll need to temporarily add a compat INTEL_DISPLAY_STEP() for this.

<title>drm/i915: Parse and set stepping for platforms with GMD</title>

Expand the current stepping convention to accommodate the GMD
stepping info. Typically GMD step maps to letter stepping
by "A + step %4" and number to "A + step /4" i.e, GMD step
0 maps to STEP_A0, 1 to _A1, 2 to _A2, 3 to _A3, 4 to STEP_B0...

Future platforms might break this formulae and may require a table
mapping to decode GMD step compatible with the convention.

v2:
 - Pass the updated ip version structure
v3:
 - Skip using GMD to step table(MattR)

For PVC, the base die and compute tile have separate stepping values
that we need to track; we'll use the existing graphics_step field to
represent the compute tile stepping and add a new 'basedie_step' field.

Unlike past platforms, steppings for these components are represented by
specific bitfields within the PCI revision ID, and we shouldn't make
assumptions about the non-CT, non-BD bits staying 0. Let's update our
stepping code accordingly.

As now graphics and media can have different steppings this patch is
renaming all _GT_STEP macros to _GRAPHICS_STEP.

Future platforms will properly choose between _MEDIA_STEP and
_GRAPHICS_STEP for each new workaround.

needed in intel_step_info.
