Remove nouveau's support for legacy contexts and buffers. It was
required by libdrm earlier than 2.4.33, released in March 2012. A
previous attempt in 2013 to remove the functionality [1] had to be
reverted [2] as there were still users left. Libdrm 2.4.33 is now
almost 11 years old and it is time for userspace to move on.

With the nouveau code gone, we can also remove the driver-feature
bit DRIVER_KMS_LEGACY_CONTEXT.

<title>drm: Mark AGP implementation and ioctls as legacy</title>

Only UMs drivers use DRM's core AGP code and ioctls. Mark the icotls
as legacy. Add the _legacy_ infix to all AGP functions. Move the
declarations to the public and internal legacy header files. The agp
field in struct drm_device is now located in the structure's legacy
section. Adapt drivers to the changes.

AGP code now depends on CONFIG_DRM_LEGACY.

Added a "break" in the default case of a switch select statement.
GCC complains, although this "break" is not strictly necessary
for the code to work as expected.

<title>drm: Upcast struct drm_device.dev to struct pci_device; replace pdev</title>

We have DRM drivers based on USB, SPI and platform devices. All of them
are fine with storing their device reference in struct drm_device.dev.
PCI devices should be no exception. Therefore struct drm_device.pdev is
deprecated.

Instead upcast from struct drm_device.dev with to_pci_dev(). PCI-specific
code can use dev_is_pci() to test for a PCI device. This patch changes
the DRM core code and documentation accordingly.

In preparation to enable -Wimplicit-fallthrough for Clang, fix a warning
by explicitly adding a break statement instead of letting the code fall
through to the next case.
