Pull non-MM updates from Andrew Morton:

 - "ocfs2: give ocfs2 the ability to reclaim suballocator free bg" saves
disk space by teaching ocfs2 to reclaim suballocator block group
   space (Heming Zhao)

 - "Add ARRAY_END(), and use it to fix off-by-one bugs" adds the
ARRAY_END() macro and uses it in various places (Alejandro Colomar)

 - "vmcoreinfo: support VMCOREINFO_BYTES larger than PAGE_SIZE" makes
the vmcore code future-safe, if VMCOREINFO_BYTES ever exceeds the
   page size (Pnina Feder)

 - "kallsyms: Prevent invalid access when showing module buildid" cleans
up kallsyms code related to module buildid and fixes an invalid
access crash when printing backtraces (Petr Mladek)

 - "Address page fault in ima_restore_measurement_list()" fixes a
kexec-related crash that can occur when booting the second-stage
   kernel on x86 (Harshit Mogalapalli)

 - "kho: ABI headers and Documentation updates" updates the kexec
   handover ABI documentation (Mike Rapoport)

 - "Align atomic storage" adds the __aligned attribute to atomic_t and
atomic64_t definitions to get natural alignment of both types on
csky, m68k, microblaze, nios2, openrisc and sh (Finn Thain)

 - "kho: clean up page initialization logic" simplifies the page
initialization logic in kho_restore_page() (Pratyush Yadav)

 - "Unload linux/kernel.h" moves several things out of kernel.h and into
   more appropriate places (Yury Norov)

 - "don't abuse task_struct.group_leader" removes the usage of
-&gt;group_leader when it is "obviously unnecessary" (Oleg Nesterov)

<title>drm/ci: ignore Gamma test failures on Qualcomm SC7180</title>

It seems, on SC7180 color conversion results are not included into the
CRC calculation (unlike SM8350). The fails for SC7180 already lists CTM
tests. Add gamma-related tests too.

<title>watchdog: softlockup: panic when lockup duration exceeds N thresholds</title>

<id>urn:sha1:e700f5d1560798aacf0e56fdcc70ee2c20bf56ec</id>

The softlockup_panic sysctl is currently a binary option: panic
immediately or never panic on soft lockups.

Panicking on any soft lockup, regardless of duration, can be overly
aggressive for brief stalls that may be caused by legitimate operations.
Conversely, never panicking may allow severe system hangs to persist
undetected.

Extend softlockup_panic to accept an integer threshold, allowing the
kernel to panic only when the normalized lockup duration exceeds N
watchdog threshold periods. This provides finer-grained control to
distinguish between transient delays and persistent system failures.

The accepted values are:
- 0: Don't panic (unchanged)
- 1: Panic when duration &gt;= 1 * threshold (20s default, original behavior)
- N &gt; 1: Panic when duration &gt;= N * threshold (e.g., 2 = 40s, 3 = 60s.)

The original behavior is preserved for values 0 and 1, maintaining full
backward compatibility while allowing systems to tolerate brief lockups
while still catching severe, persistent hangs.

GitLab recently changed the required permissions for the
are-developers-allowed-to-push-to-my-MR check:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/freedesktop/ci-templates/-/issues/81

Until that’s resolved, disable the check - it’s mostly obsolete anyway.

Pull in igt updates that are a dependency for VM_BIND, and will reduce
msm_mapping flakes.

Skip msm_mapping@memptrs on sc7180 (the test should be checking for
preemption support, and skipping if it is not supported).

The GitLab runner tags are case sensitive, and Flip-hatch's tag was
incorrectly lowercase. This prevented jobs from being picked up
by the runner. Fix the runner tag for Flip-hatch.

The python-artifacts job has a timeout of 10 minutes, which causes
build failures as it was unable to clone the repository within the
specified limits. Set GIT_DEPTH to 10 to speed up cloning and avoid
build failures due to timeouts when fetching the full repository.
