[ Upstream commit 7357f89954b6d005df6ab8929759e78d7d9a80f9 ]

I reported the include issue for tracepoints a while ago, but nothing
seems to have happened. Now it bit us, since the drm_mm_print
conversion was broken for armada. Fix it, so I can re-enable armada
in the drm-misc build configs.

v2: Rebase just the compile fix on top of Chris' build fix.

Three changes for the Armada DRM driver:
1. Add back the flags which tell the DRM core that we can do vblank. This
was removed in error during the recent restructuring, and came to light
   while trying textured Xv rendering.

2. Fixing a refcount leak with Xv overlay.

3. As per recent discussion, the drm_vblank_pre_modeset() calls can cause
deadlock with other changes to generic code. This change prevents those
deadlocks by switching to the drm_crtc_vblank_*() calls instead.

drm/armada: convert to use vblank_on/off calls
  drm/armada: fix page_flip refcounting leak

A future commit changes the way various vblank calls behave, which
causes drivers to break. Converting to use the drm_crtc_vblank_on/off
calls avoids this breakage.

A refcounting leak was found of the original frame buffer attached to
the CRTC when using the page_flip ioctl, resulting in the frame buffer
never being freed.

This was not obvious initially, as if the page flip subsequently
re-attaches the original frame buffer, the refcounts will be balanced.
However, if the original frame buffer is freed, then it will be leaked.

Fix this by ensuring that we take a reference on the incoming fb, but
rely on the queued work to drop that ref count.

<title>drm: add driver-&gt;set_busid() callback</title>

One step closer to dropping all the drm_bus_* code:
Add a driver-&gt;set_busid() callback and make all drivers use the generic
helpers. Nouveau is the only driver that uses two different bus-types with
the same drm_driver. This is totally broken if both buses are available on
the same machine (unlikely, but lets be safe). Therefore, we create two
different drivers for each platform during module_init() and set the
set_busid() callback respectively.

Pull DRM updates from Dave Airlie:
"Like all good pull reqs this ends with a revert, so it must mean we
  tested it,

[ Ed. That's _one_ way of looking at it ]

This pull is missing nouveau, Ben has been stuck trying to track down
a very longstanding bug that revealed itself due to some other
changes. I've asked him to send you a direct pull request for nouveau
once he cleans things up. I'm away until Monday so don't want to
delay things, you can make a decision on that when he sends it, I have
my phone so I can ack things just not really merge much.

It has one trivial conflict with your tree in armada_drv.c, and also
the pull request contains some component changes that are already in
your tree, the base tree from Russell went via Greg's tree already,
but some stuff still shows up in here that doesn't when I merge my
  tree into yours.

Otherwise all pretty standard graphics fare, one new driver and
  changes all over the place.

  New drivers:
   - sti kms driver for STMicroelectronics chipsets stih416 and stih407.

  core:
   - lots of cleanups to the drm core

   - gen8 hw semaphore support
   - fbc fixes

   - new firmware format support

   - crtc renumbering
   - add component support
   - DT interaction changes.

   - load as module fixes
   - eDP bpp and sync polarity fixed
