drm/arm/hdlcd: Allow a bit of clock tolerance

[ Upstream commit 1c810739097fdeb31b393b67a0a1e3d7ffdd9f63 ] On the Arm Juno platform, the HDLCD pixel clock is constrained to 250KHz resolution in order to avoid the tiny System Control Processor spending aeons trying to calculate exact PLL coefficients. This means that modes like my oddball 1600x1200 with 130.89MHz clock get rejected since the rate cannot be matched exactly. In practice, though, this mode works quite happily with the clock at 131MHz, so let's relax the check to allow a little bit of slop. [ Upstream commit b96151edced4edb6a18aa89a5fa02c7066efff45 ] Rather than allowing any old mode through, then subsequently refusing unmatchable clock rates in atomic_check when it's too late to back out and pick a different mode, let's do that validation up-front where it will cause unsupported modes to be correctly pruned in the first place. This also eliminates an issue whereby a perceived clock rate of 0 would cause atomic disable to fail and prevent the module from being unloaded. drm: prefix header search paths with $(srctree)/

[ Upstream commit 43068cb7ba1f6ceb1523e947c84002b2a61fd6d4 ] Currently, the Kbuild core manipulates header search paths in a crazy way [1]. To fix this mess, I want all Makefiles to add explicit $(srctree)/ to the search paths in the srctree. Some Makefiles are already written in that way, but not all. The goal of this work is to make the notation consistent, and finally get rid of the gross hacks. Having whitespaces after -I does not matter since commit 48f6e3cf5bc6 ("kbuild: do not drop -I without parameter"). The fix was tested on a tree with drm-misc-next merged. And the patch was also tested to work without drm-misc-next merged. Build tested on arm + x86. If a non-legacy driver calls these it's valid to assume there is interrupt support. The flag is really only needed for legacy drivers, which control IRQ enabling/disabling through the DRM_IOCTL_CONTROL legacy IOCTL. drm: Split out drm_probe_helper.h

Having the probe helper stuff (which pretty much everyone needs) in the drm_crtc_helper.h file (which atomic drivers should never need) is confusing. Split them out. To make sure I actually achieved the goal here I went through all drivers. And indeed, all atomic drivers are now free of drm_crtc_helper.h includes. v2: Make it compile. There was so much compile fail on arm drivers that I figured I'll better not include any of the acks on v1. v3: Massive rebase because i915 has lost a lot of drmP.h includes, but not all: Through drm_crtc_helper.h > drm_modeset_helper.h -> drmP.h there was still one, which this patch largely removes. Which means rolling out lots more includes all over. This will also conflict with ongoing drmP.h cleanup by others I expect. v3: Rebase on top of atomic bochs. v4: Review from Laurent for bridge/rcar/omap/shmob/core bits: - (re)move some of the added includes, use the better include files in other places (all suggested from Laurent adopted unchanged). - sort alphabetically v5: Actually try to sort them, and while at it, sort all the ones I touch. v6: Rebase onto i915 changes. v7: Rebase once more.
