Actually the longest series of consecutive allowed registers are 48, mmGB_TILE_MODE0-31 and mmGB_MACROTILE_MODE0-15 (0x2644-0x2673). mm: replace get_user_pages() write/force parameters with gup_flags

This removes the 'write' and 'force' from get_user_pages() and replaces them with 'gup_flags' to make the use of FOLL_FORCE explicit in callers as use of this flag can result in surprising behaviour (and hence bugs) within the mm subsystem. drm/amdgpu/dce: Don't turn off DP sink when disconnected

Instead, turn the sink off and back on when a display is connected again. This dance seems necessary for link training to work correctly.
