Originally we were quirking ASPM disabled specifically for VI when
used with Alder Lake, but it appears to have problems with Rocket
Lake as well.

Like we've done in the case of dpm for newer platforms, disable
ASPM for all Intel systems.

According to Alex, most APUs from that time seem to have the same issue
(vbios says 48Mhz, actual is 100Mhz). I only have a CHIP_STONEY so I
limit the fixup to CHIP_STONEY

they don't have to be stuck on -rc2 for no reason at all.

<title>drm/amdgpu/nv: Apply ASPM quirk on Intel ADL + AMD Navi</title>

S2idle resume freeze can be observed on Intel ADL + AMD WX5500. This is
caused by commit 0064b0ce85bb ("drm/amd/pm: enable ASPM by default").

The root cause is still not clear for now.

So extend and apply the ASPM quirk from commit e02fe3bc7aba
("drm/amdgpu: vi: disable ASPM on Intel Alder Lake based systems"), to
workaround the issue on Navi cards too.

virtual display is enabled unconditionally in SR-IOV, but
without specifying the virtual_display module, the number
of crtcs defaults to 0. Set a single display by default
for SR-IOV if the virtual_display parameter is not set.
Only enable virtual display by default on SR-IOV on asics
which actually have display hardware.

Active State Power Management (ASPM) feature is enabled since kernel 5.14.
There are some AMD Volcanic Islands (VI) GFX cards, such as the WX3200 and
RX640, that do not work with ASPM-enabled Intel Alder Lake based systems.
Using these GFX cards as video/display output, Intel Alder Lake based
systems will freeze after suspend/resume.

The issue was originally reported on one system (Dell Precision 3660 with
BIOS version 0.14.81), but was later confirmed to affect at least 4
pre-production Alder Lake based systems.

Add an extra check to disable ASPM on Intel Alder Lake based systems with
the problematic AMD Volcanic Islands GFX cards.
