VPE1 could possibly hang and fail to power off at the end of commands in
collaboration mode. This workaround adds a COLLAB_SYNC after TRAP to
force instances synchronized to avoid VPE1 fail to power off.

<title>drm/amd: Check that VPE has reached DPM0 in idle handler</title>

<id>urn:sha1:3ac635367eb589bee8edcc722f812a89970e14b7</id>
<content type='text'>
[Why]
Newer VPE microcode has functionality that will decrease DPM level
only when a workload has run for 2 or more seconds. If VPE is turned
off before this DPM decrease and the PMFW doesn't reset it when
power gating VPE, the SOC can get stuck with a higher DPM level.

This can happen from amdgpu's ring buffer test because it's a short
quick workload for VPE and VPE is turned off after 1s.

[How]
In idle handler besides checking fences are drained check PMFW version
to determine if it will reset DPM when power gating VPE. If PMFW will
not do this, then check VPE DPM level. If it is not DPM0 reschedule
delayed work again until it is.

v2: squash in return fix (Alex)

gets called in both cases.

<title>drm/amd: Add the capability to mark certain firmware as "required"</title>

Some of the firmware that is loaded by amdgpu is not actually required.
For example the ISP firmware on some SoCs is optional, and if it's not
present the ISP IP block just won't be initialized.

The firmware loader core however will show a warning when this happens
like this:
```
Direct firmware load for amdgpu/isp_4_1_0.bin failed with error -2
```

To avoid confusion for non-required firmware, adjust the amd-ucode helper
to take an extra argument indicating if the firmware is required or
optional.

On optional firmware use firmware_request_nowarn() instead of
request_firmware() to avoid the warnings.
