[ Upstream commit 3ee1c72606bd2842f0f377fd4b118362af0323ae ]

Tune the sleep interval in the PSP fence wait loop from 10-100us to
60-100us.This adjustment results in an overall wait window of 1.2s
(60us * 20000 iterations) to 2 seconds (100us * 20000 iterations),
which guarantees that we can retrieve the correct fence value

[ Upstream commit b09cb2996cdf50cd1ab4020e002c95d742c81313 ]

commit c760bcda83571 ("drm/amd: Check whether secure display TA loaded
successfully") attempted to fix extra messages, but failed to port the
cleanup that was in commit 5c6d52ff4b61e ("drm/amd: Don't try to enable
secure display TA multiple times") to prevent multiple tries.

Add that to the failure handling path even on a quick failure.

commit c760bcda83571e07b72c10d9da175db5051ed971 upstream.

[Why]
Not all renoir hardware supports secure display. If the TA is present
but the feature isn't supported it will fail to load or send commands.
This shows ERR messages to the user that make it seems like there is
a problem.

[How]
Check the resp_status of the context to see if there was an error
before trying to send any secure display commands.

Currently the kzalloc failure check just sets reports the failure
and sets the variable ret to -ENOMEM, which is not checked later
for this specific error. Fix this by just returning -ENOMEM rather
than setting ret.

To be compatible with legacy IFWI, driver needs to carry legacy tOS and
query pmfw version to load them accordingly.

Add psp_firmware_header_v2_1 to handle the combined sos binary.

Double the sos count limit for the case of aux sos fw packed.

v2: pass the correct fw_bin_desc to parse_sos_bin_descriptor
