1. A task gart bind/unbind but not add to adev-&gt;gtt_list yet
2. at this time gpu reset, gtt only recover those gtt in adev-&gt;gtt_list

Fixes for 4.12.  This is a bit bigger than usual since it's 3 weeks
worth of fixes and most of these changes are for vega10 which is
new for 4.12 and still in a fair amount of flux.  It looks like
you missed my last pull request, so those patches are included here
as well.  Highlights:

Some of these paths probably cannot be interrupted by a signal anyway.
Those that can would fail to clean up things if they actually got
interrupted.

Add a flag noting that a BO must be created using linear VRAM
and set this flag on all in kernel users where appropriate.

Hopefully I haven't missed anything.

v2: add it in a few more places, fix CPU mapping.
v3: rename to VRAM_CONTIGUOUS, fix typo in CS code.

The GART aperture size can be bigger than 4GB. Therefore the offset
used in amdgpu_gart_bind and amdgpu_gart_unbind must be 64-bit.
