drm_sched_entity_init wasn't called yet, so the only thing to
do is to release allocated memory.
This doesn't fix any bug since entity is zero allocated and
drm_sched_entity_fini does nothing in this case.

patch dd64956685fa ("drm/amdgpu: Remove duplicated "context still
alive" check") removed ctx put, which will cause amdgpu_ctx_fini()
cannot be called and then cause some finished fence that added by
amdgpu_ctx_add_fence() cannot be released and cause memleak.

This mirrors DRM_SCHED_PRIORITY_HIGH, for a list of DRM scheduler priorities
in ascending order,
 DRM_SCHED_PRIORITY_LOW,
 DRM_SCHED_PRIORITY_NORMAL,
 DRM_SCHED_PRIORITY_HIGH,
 DRM_SCHED_PRIORITY_KERNEL.

Remove a redundant call to amdgpu_ctx_priority_is_valid() from
amdgpu_ctx_priority_permit(), which is called from amdgpu_ctx_init() which is
called from amdgpu_ctx_alloc() which is called from amdgpu_ctx_ioctl(), where
we've called amdgpu_ctx_priority_is_valid() already first thing in the
function.

Eliminate DRM_SCHED_PRIORITY_UNSET, value of -2, whose only user was
amdgpu. Furthermore, eliminate an index bug, in that when amdgpu boots, it
calls drm_sched_entity_init() with DRM_SCHED_PRIORITY_UNSET, which uses it to
index sched->sched_rq[].
