The function amdgpu_virt_get_dynamic_data_info() writes a 64-bit size
value. In two places (amdgpu_bios.c and amdgpu_discovery.c), the code
passed the address of a smaller variable by casting it to u64 *, which
is unsafe.

This could make the function write more bytes than the smaller variable
can hold, possibly overwriting nearby memory. Reported by static
analysis tools.

v2: Dynamic region size comes from the host (SR-IOV setup) and is always
fixed to 5 MB. (Lijo/Ellen)

5 MB easily fits inside a 32-bit value, so using a 64-bit type is not
needed. It also avoids extra type casts

Driver has different ways to fetch VBIOS. If one of the methods doesn't
find an authentic one, it will show misleading info messages eventhough
a subsequent method finds a valid VBIOS. Keep the message level at debug
and add device context.

SR-IOV fetches the vbios from VRAM in some cases.
Re-enable the VRAM path for dGPUs and rename the function
to make it clear that it is not IGP specific.

We need some different logic for dGPUs and the APU path
can be simplified because there are some methods which
are never used on APUs. This also fixes a regression
on some older APUs causing the driver to fetch the
unpatched ROM image rather than the patched image.

expansion ROM BARs may not be enabled. Choose to read from EFI exported
