Do not issue "can't read the data register offset!" when gpio,syscon-dev is not set albeit unneeded. gpio-syscon is used with rk3328 chip, but this iomem region is documented in Documentation/devicetree/bindings/gpio/rockchip,rk3328-grf-gpio.yaml and does not require gpio,syscon-dev setting. This function call was found to be unnecessary as there is no equivalent platform_get_drvdata() call to access the private data of the driver. Also, the private data is defined in this driver, so there is no risk of it being accessed outside of this driver file. gpio: Explicitly include correct DT includes

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus. As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they "temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to explicitly include the correct includes. Since version 5.13, the standard syscon bindings have been added to all clps711x DT nodes, so we can now use the more general syscon_regmap_lookup_by_phandle function to get the syscon pointer. This patch removes the usage of the syscon_regmap_lookup_by_compatible function as it is no longer used in the driver. gpio: syscon: Fix possible NULL ptr usage

The priv->data->set can be NULL while flags contains GPIO_SYSCON_FEAT_OUT and chip->set is valid pointer. This happens in case the controller uses the default GPIO setter. gpio: syscon: rockchip: add GRF GPIO support for rk3328

In Rockchip RK3328, the output only GPIO_MUTE pin, originally for codec mute control, can also be used for general purpose. It is manipulated by the GRF_SOC_CON10 register in GRF. Aside from the GPIO_MUTE pin, the HDMI pins can also be set in the same way. Currently this GRF GPIO controller only supports the mute pin.
