gpio: ljca: Fix duplicated IRQ mapping

The generic_handle_domain_irq() function resolves the hardware IRQ internally. The driver performed a duplicative mapping by calling irq_find_mapping() first, which could lead to an RCU stall. Delete the redundant irq_find_mapping() call and pass the hardware IRQ directly to generic_handle_domain_irq(). treewide: rename GPIO set callbacks back to their original names

The conversion of all GPIO drivers to using the .set_rv() and .set_multiple_rv() callbacks from struct gpio_chip (which - unlike their predecessors - return an integer and allow the controller drivers to indicate failures to users) is now complete and the legacy ones have been removed. With the new __counted_by annocation in ljca_gpio_packet, the "num" struct member must be set before accessing the "item" array. Failing to do so will trigger a runtime warning when enabling CONFIG_UBSAN_BOUNDS and CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE.
