gpio: GPIO_REGMAP: select REGMAP instead of depending on it

[ Upstream commit d49765b5f4320a402fbc4ed5edfd73d87640f27c ] REGMAP is a hidden (not user visible) symbol. Users cannot set it directly thru "make *config", so drivers should select it instead of depending on it if they need it. Consistently using "select" or "depends on" can also help reduce Kconfig circular dependency issues. Therefore, change the use of "depends on REGMAP" to "select REGMAP". Commit e1324ece2af4 ("ARM: imx: Remove i.MX35 board files") removes the config MACH_MX35_3DS in arch/arm/mach-imx/Kconfig. Hence, since then, the MX35 3DS BOARD MC9S08DZ60 GPIO functions are dead code as its config GPIO_MC9S08DZ60 depends on the config MACH_MX35_3DS. Luckily, ./scripts/checkkconfigsymbols.py warns on non-existing configs: MACH_MX35_3DS Referencing files: drivers/gpio/Kconfig Remove the obsolete MX35 3DS BOARD MC9S08DZ60 GPIO functions. gpio: Add virtio-gpio driver

This patch adds a new driver for Virtio based GPIO devices. This allows a guest VM running Linux to access GPIO lines provided by the host. gpio: AMD8111 and TQMX86 require HAS_IOPORT_MAP
