Add support for SpacemiT K1 PDMA controller which features 64-bit
addressing capabilities.

The SpacemiT K1 PDMA extends the descriptor format with additional
32-bit words for high address bits, enabling access to memory beyond
4GB boundaries. The new spacemit_k1_pdma_ops provides necessary 64-bit
address handling functions and k1 specific controller configurations.

Key changes:
- Add ARCH_SPACEMIT dependency to Kconfig
- Define new high 32-bit address registers (DDADRH, DSADRH, DTADRH)
- Add DCSR_LPAEEN bit for Long Physical Address Extension Enable
- Implement 64-bit operations for SpacemiT K1 PDMA

LAN969x uses the Atmel XDMAC, so make it selectable for ARCH_MICROCHIP to
avoid needing to update depends in future if other Microchip SoC-s use it
as well.

When the first driver for Apple Silicon was upstreamed we accidentally
included `default ARCH_APPLE` in its Kconfig which then spread to almost
every subsequent driver. As soon as ARCH_APPLE is set to y this will
pull in many drivers as built-ins which is not what we want.
Thus, drop `default ARCH_APPLE` from Kconfig.

The Arm DMA-350 controller is only present on Arm-based SoCs. Hence add
dependencies on ARM and ARM64, to prevent asking the user about this
driver when configuring a kernel for a non-Arm architecture.

Add an initial driver for the Arm Corelink DMA-350 controller, to
support basic mem-to-mem async_tx. The design here leaves room for more
fun things like peripheral support and scatter-gather chaining to come
in future.

PTDMA driver is the AMD DMA driver, and newer AMD platforms support newer
DMA engines. Hence, move the current drivers to the AMD directory. This
would also mean that future driver submissions to the AMD DMA driver will
also land in the AMD-specific directory.

Since commit e06c43231214 ("dmaengine: Loongson1: Add Loongson-1 APB DMA
driver"), the Loongson-1 dma controller was added.

Unfortunately their naming has not been standardized, as CPUs belonging
to the same Loongson family, we expect to standardize the naming for
ease of understanding.
