idmaengine: make FSL_EDMA and INTEL_IDMA64 depends on HAS_IOMEM

[ Upstream commit b1e213a9e31c20206f111ec664afcf31cbfe0dbb ] On s390 systems (aka mainframes), it has classic channel devices for networking and permanent storage that are currently even more common than PCI devices. Hence it could have a fully functional s390 kernel with CONFIG_PCI=n, then the relevant iomem mapping functions [including ioremap(), devm_ioremap(), etc.] are not available. misc: mic: remove the MIC drivers

This patch removes the MIC drivers from the kernel tree since the corresponding devices have been discontinued. Removing the dma and char-misc changes in one patch and merging via the char-misc tree is best to avoid any potential build breakage. The ZynqMP DisplayPort subsystem includes a DMA engine called DPDMA with 6 DMa channels (4 for display and 2 for audio). This driver exposes the DPDMA through the dmaengine API, to be used by audio (ALSA) and display (DRM) drivers for the DisplayPort subsystem.
