[ Upstream commit eff5d31f7407fa9d31fb840106f1593399457298 ] To build test, add COMPILE_TEST depedency to both ARM_RK3399_DMC_DEVFREQ and DEVFREQ_EVENT_ROCKCHIP_DFI configuration. And ARM_RK3399_DMC_DEVFREQ used the SMCCC interface so that add HAVE_ARM_SMCCC dependency to prevent the build break. If the driver is built as a module, autoload won't work because the module alias information is not filled. So user-space can't match the registered device with the corresponding module. Export the module alias information using the MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE() macro.
