The size of the buffer in alloc_command_queues() is
curr->size + CPT_NEXT_CHUNK_PTR_SIZE, so used that length for
dma_free_coherent().

If do_cpt_init() fails, a previous dma_alloc_coherent() call needs to be
undone.

Add the needed dma_free_coherent() before returning.

[ Upstream commit 53d91ca76b6c426c546542a44c78507b42008c9e ]

The while loop breaks in the first run because of incorrect
if condition. It also causes the statements after the if to
appear dead.
Fix this by changing the condition from if(timeout--) to
if(!timeout--).

This bug was reported by Coverity Scan.
Report:
CID 1600859: (#1 of 1): Logically dead code (DEADCODE)

If alloc_workqueue() fails in nitrox_mbox_init() it deallocates
ndev->iov.vfdev and returns error code, but then nitrox_sriov_init()
calls nitrox_sriov_cleanup() where ndev->iov.vfdev is deallocated
again.

Fix this by nulling ndev->iov.vfdev after the first deallocation.

[ Upstream commit 2526d6bf27d15054bb0778b2f7bc6625fd934905 ]

The "code_length" value comes from the firmware file. If your firmware
is untrusted realistically there is probably very little you can do to
protect yourself. Still we try to limit the damage as much as possible.
Also Smatch marks any data read from the filesystem as untrusted and
prints warnings if it not capped correctly.

The "ntohl(ucode->code_length) * 2" multiplication can have an
integer overflow.

[ Upstream commit 6a3239a738d86c5e9b5aad17fefe2c2bfd6ced83 ]

This reverts commit 9fcddaf2e28d779cb946d23838ba6d50f299aa80 as it was
submitted under a fake name and we can not knowingly accept anonymous
contributions to the repository.

This commit was part of a submission "test" to the Linux kernel
community by some "researchers" at umn.edu. As outlined at:
	https://www-users.cs.umn.edu/%7Ekjlu/papers/full-disclosure.pdf
it was done so as an attempt to submit a known-buggy patch to see if it
could get by our review. However, the submission turned out to actually
be correct, and not have a bug in it as the author did not understand
how the PCI driver model works at all, and so the submission was
accepted.

As this change is of useless consequence, there is no loss of
functionality in reverting it.
