Pull clk updates from Stephen Boyd: "This a large collection of clk driver updates and a handful of new SoC clk driver support. We have the usual Qualcomm clk drivers, along with clk drivers for the Sophgo and T-Head vendors, all to support some new SoCs. Nothing in particular stands out to me in the updates. There's the interconnect clk driver which exposes clks as interconnects, crossing subsystems. There's a bunch of janitorial things that are improving drivers in general like kmemdup_array() or fixing error paths. But overall the updates look normal to fix the description data which is usually the stuff that's wrong and/or untested. clk: sifive: prci: fix module autoloading

Add MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE(), so modules could be properly autoloaded based on the alias from of_device_id table. Clocks are considered core components, so usually they are built-in, however these can be built and used as modules on some generic kernel. clk: sifive: Do not register clkdevs for PRCI clocks

These clkdevs were unnecessary, because systems using this driver always look up clocks using the devicetree. And as Russell King points out[1], since the provided device name was truncated, lookups via clkdev would never match. Recently, commit 8d532528ff6a ("clkdev: report over-sized strings when creating clkdev entries") caused clkdev registration to fail due to the truncation, and this now prevents the driver from probing. Fix the driver by removing the clkdev registration. clk: Explicitly include correct DT includes

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus. As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they "temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to explicitly include the correct includes. Improve PRCI driver to reduce the complexity, we remove the SoCs C files by putting all stuff in each SoCs header files, and include these SoCs-specific header files in core of PRCI. It can also avoid the W=1 kernel build warnings about variable defined but not used [-Wunused-const-variable=], like commit 487dc7bb6a0c ("clk: sifive: fu540-prci: Declare static const variable 'prci_clk_fu540' where it's used") does. clk: sifive: Add SoCs prefix in each SoCs-dependent data

This patch is prerequisite for moving SoCs C files into SoCs header files. Currently, fu540-prci.c and fu740-prci.c use same names for several macro definitions and variables, it would cause redefinition error when we trying to include all stuff in sifive-prci.c. In this patch, we also remove the temporary macro definitions which are added by previous patch.
