clk: pxa: fix one of the pxa RTC clocks

The pxa27x platforms have a single IP with 2 drivers, sa1100-rtc and rtc-pxa drivers. A previous patch fixed the sa1100-rtc case, but the pxa-rtc wasn't fixed. This patch completes the previous one. clk: pxa: unbreak lookup of CLK_POUT

clk: pxa: Use __iomem properly and staticize lock variable

This function is passed an __iomem pointer but we use a u32 pointer instead which makes checkers like spare complain. Furthermore, "lock" is a pretty poor variable name for a string that will go into lockdep reports and the symbol isn't marked static. Cleanup all this.
