Now that the driver core allows for struct class to be in read-only memory, move the lp_class structure to be declared at build time placing it into read-only memory, instead of having to be dynamically allocated at load time. driver core: class: remove module * from class_create()

The module pointer in class_create() never actually did anything, and it shouldn't have been requred to be set as a parameter even if it did something. lp: fix sparc64 LPSETTIMEOUT ioctl

The layout of struct timeval is different on sparc64 from anything else, and the patch I did long ago failed to take this into account. Change it now to handle sparc64 user space correctly again. Quite likely nobody cares about parallel ports on sparc64, but there is no reason not to fix it.
