Pull configfs updates from Andreas Hindborg:

 - Switch the configfs rust bindings to use c string literals provided
   by the compiler, rather than a macro

 - A follow up on constifying `configfs_item_operations`, applying the
   change to the configfs sample

* tag 'configfs-for-v7.0' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/a.hindborg/linux:
  samples: configfs: Constify struct configfs_item_operations and configfs_group_operations
  rust: configfs: replace `kernel::c_str!` with C-Strings

These imports are already in scope by importing `kernel::prelude::*` and
does not need to be imported separately.

Reduce coupling to implementation details of the formatting machinery by
avoiding direct use for `core`'s formatting traits and macros.

This backslid in commit d969d504bc13 ("rnull: enable configuration via
`configfs`") and commit 34585dc649fb ("rnull: add soft-irq completion
support").

rnull currently only supports direct completion. Add option for completing
requests across CPU nodes via soft IRQ or IPI.
