[ Upstream commit 79bd8c9814a273fa7ba43399e1c07adec3fc95db ] With 6e0a48552b8c (ps3disk: use memcpy_{from,to}_bvec) converting ps3disk to new bvec helpers, incrementing the offset was accidently lost, corrupting consecutive buffers. Restore index for non-corrupted data transfers. powerpc/ps3: make system bus's remove and shutdown callbacks return void

The driver core ignores the return value of struct device_driver::remove because there is only little that can be done. For the shutdown callback it's ps3_system_bus_shutdown() which ignores the return value. To simplify the quest to make struct device_driver::remove return void, let struct ps3_system_bus_driver::remove return void, too. All users already unconditionally return 0, this commit makes it obvious that returning an error code is a bad idea and ensures future users behave accordingly. This makes get_max_segment_size() return zero when offset is zero, whatever the max segment size. block: remove CONFIG_LBDAF

Currently support for 64-bit sector_t and blkcnt_t is optional on 32-bit architectures. These types are required to support block device and/or file sizes larger than 2 TiB, and have generally defaulted to on for a long time. Enabling the option only increases the i386 tinyconfig size by 145 bytes, and many data structures already always use 64-bit values for their in-core and on-disk data structures anyway, so there should not be a large change in dynamic memory usage either.
