treewide: rename GPIO set callbacks back to their original names

The conversion of all GPIO drivers to using the .set_rv() and .set_multiple_rv() callbacks from struct gpio_chip (which - unlike their predecessors - return an integer and allow the controller drivers to indicate failures to users) is now complete and the legacy ones have been removed. This switches the BCMA gpio irqchip to be immutable. The GPIO subsystem plays tricks on the irqchip structures, and we're fixing it one driver at a time. On PREEMPT_RT enabled kernels the demultiplex interrupt handler is force threaded and runs with interrupts enabled. The invocation of generic_handle_irq() with interrupts enabled triggers a lockdep warning due to a non-irq safe lock acquisition. Instead of disabling interrupts on the driver level, use generic_handle_domain_irq_safe().
