The conversion of all GPIO drivers to using the .set_rv() and
.set_multiple_rv() callbacks from struct gpio_chip (which - unlike their
predecessors - return an integer and allow the controller drivers to
indicate failures to users) is now complete and the legacy ones have
been removed. Rename the new callbacks back to their original names in
one sweeping change.

struct gpio_chip now has callbacks for setting line values that return
an integer, allowing to indicate failures. Convert the driver to using
them.

pull-request: wireless-next-2022-10-28

First set of patches v6.2. mac80211 refactoring continues for Wi-Fi 7.
All mac80211 driver are now converted to use internal TX queues, this
might cause some regressions so we wanted to do this early in the
cycle.

Note: wireless tree was merged[1] to wireless-next to avoid some
conflicts with mac80211 patches between the trees. Unfortunately there
are still two smaller conflicts in net/mac80211/util.c which Stephen
also reported[2]. In the first conflict initialise scratch_len to
"params-&gt;scratch_len ?: 3 * params-&gt;len" (note number 3, not 2!) and
in the second conflict take the version which uses elems-&gt;scratch_pos.

This switches the BCMA gpio irqchip to be immutable. The GPIO subsystem plays
tricks on the irqchip structures, and we're fixing it one driver at a time. See
merge commit 4bde53ab3370 ("Merge branch irq/gpio-immutable into
irq/irqchip-next") for all the details.

Tested on the D-Link DWL-6810AP.

On PREEMPT_RT enabled kernels the demultiplex interrupt handler is force
threaded and runs with interrupts enabled. The invocation of
generic_handle_irq() with interrupts enabled triggers a lockdep warning due
to a non-irq safe lock acquisition.

Instead of disabling interrupts on the driver level, use
generic_handle_domain_irq_safe().

There are two identical assignments of chip-&gt;owner to the same value,
the second assignment is redundant and can be removed.

Cleans up cppcheck warning:

This makes the driver use the irqchip template to assign
properties to the gpio_irq_chip instead of using the
explicit call to gpiochip_irqchip_add().

The irqchip is instead added while adding the gpiochip.

Accessing struct device is pretty useful/common so having a direct
pointer:
1) Simplifies some code
2) Makes bcma_bus_get_host_dev() unneeded
3) Allows further improvements like using dev_* printing helpers
