ACPI: EC: Mark the ec_sys write_support param as module_param_hw()

Using write_support=1 with the ec_sys module changes the mode of the "io" debugfs file to 0600. This will cause any attempts to access it under a kernel in lockdown mode to return -EPERM, which makes the entire ec_sys module unusable. acpi_ec.gpe is "unsigned long", hence treating it as "u32" would expose the wrong half on big-endian 64-bit systems. ACPI / EC: Fix broken 64bit big-endian users of 'global_lock'

global_lock is defined as an unsigned long and accessing only its lower 32 bits from sysfs is incorrect, as we need to consider other 32 bits for big endian 64-bit systems. Many users of debugfs copy the implementation of default_open() when they want to support a custom read/write function op. This leads to a proliferation of the default_open() implementation across the entire tree. Now that the common implementation has been consolidated into libfs we can replace all the users of this function with simple_open().
