accel/ivpu: Implement warm boot flow for NPU6 and unify boot handling

Starting from NPU6, the driver can pass boot parameters address through the AON retention register and toggle between cold/warm boot types using the boot_type parameter, while setting the cold boot entry point in both cases. Refactor the existing cold/warm boot handling to be consistent with the new NPU6 boot flow requirements and still maintain compatibility with older boot flows. This will allow firmware to remove support for legacy warm boot starting from NPU6. Use the effective written size instead of original size as index for zero termination. If the input from user-space is to larger and the input is truncated, the original size is out-of-bound. Since there is an upfront size check here, the change is for consistency. accel/ivpu: Add support for hardware fault injection

Introduces the capability to simulate hardware faults for testing purposes. The new `fail_hw` fault can be injected in `ivpu_hw_reg_poll_fld()`, which is used in various parts of the driver to wait for the hardware to reach a specific state. This allows to test failures during NPU boot and shutdown, IPC message handling and more. Fault injection can be enabled using debugfs or a module parameter. The NOC firewall interrupt means that the HW prevented unauthorized access to a protected resource, so there is no need to trigger device reset in such case. To facilitate security testing add firewall_irq_counter debugfs file that tracks firewall interrupts. The current reset_engine implementation unconditionally resets all engines. Improve implementation to reset only the engine requested by the user space to allow more granular testing. Also use DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE() to simplify implementation. Same changes applied to resume_engine debugfs file for consistency.
