This reverts commit c4741b23059794bd99beef0f700103b0d983b3fd.

Crypto API self-tests no longer run at registration time and now
occur either at late_initcall or upon the first use.

Therefore the premise of the above commit no longer exists. Revert
it and subsequent additions of subsys_initcall and arch_initcall.

Note that lib/crypto calls will stay at subsys_initcall (or rather
downgraded from arch_initcall) because they may need to occur
before Crypto API registration.

asm/unaligned.h is always an include of asm-generic/unaligned.h;
might as well move that thing to linux/unaligned.h and include
that - there's nothing arch-specific in that header.

SM3 generic library is stand-alone implementation, it is necessary
making the sm3-generic implementation to depends on SM3 library.
The functions crypto_sm3_*() provided by sm3_generic is no longer
exported.

Both crypto_sm3_update and crypto_sm3_finup have been
exported, exporting crypto_sm3_final, to avoid having to
use crypto_sm3_finup(desc, NULL, 0, dgst) to calculate
the hash in some cases.

<title>crypto: run initcalls for generic implementations earlier</title>

Use subsys_initcall for registration of all templates and generic
algorithm implementations, rather than module_init. Then change
cryptomgr to use arch_initcall, to place it before the subsys_initcalls.

This is needed so that when both a generic and optimized implementation
of an algorithm are built into the kernel (not loadable modules), the
generic implementation is registered before the optimized one.
Otherwise, the self-tests for the optimized implementation are unable to
allocate the generic implementation for the new comparison fuzz tests.

Note that on arm, a side effect of this change is that self-tests for
generic implementations may run before the unaligned access handler has
been installed. So, unaligned accesses will crash the kernel. This is
arguably a good thing as it makes it easier to detect that type of bug.

sm3_compress() calls rol32() with shift &gt;= 32, which causes undefined
behavior. This is easily detected by enabling CONFIG_UBSAN.

Explicitly AND with 31 to make the behavior well defined.

<title>crypto: shash - remove useless setting of type flags</title>

Many shash algorithms set .cra_flags = CRYPTO_ALG_TYPE_SHASH. But this
is redundant with the C structure type ('struct shash_alg'), and
crypto_register_shash() already sets the type flag automatically,
clearing any type flag that was already there. Apparently the useless
assignment has just been copy+pasted around.

So, remove the useless assignment from all the shash algorithms.

This patch shouldn't change any actual behavior.
