It could be done in exception-handling bits in __get_user_b() et.al.,
but the surgery involved would take more knowledge of sh64 details
than I have or _want_ to have.

<title>sh: fix put_user sparse errors</title>

virtio wants to write bitwise types to userspace using put_user.
At the moment this triggers sparse errors, since the value is passed
through an integer.

For example:

	__le32 __user *p;
	__le32 x;
	put_user(x, p);

is safe, but currently triggers a sparse warning.

Fix that up using __force.

Note: this does not suppress any useful sparse checks since caller
assigns x to typeof(*p), which in turn forces all the necessary type
checks.

This discards both the _32 and _64 versions in favour of the consolidated
generic one.

This kills off the special sh32/64 versions and adopts the generic
version. It should be possible to optimize this for SH-4A unaligned
loads, but this is a corner case that can be supported incrementally.

(sh: Initial consolidation of the _32/_64 uaccess split.)
mistakenly removed the sh64 __strnlen_user() prototype,
resulting in the following compile error:

This follows the sparc changes a439fe51a1f8eb087c22dd24d69cebae4a3addac.

Most of the moving about was done with Sam's directions at:

with subsequent hacking and fixups entirely my fault.
