[ Upstream commit b5fca7c55f9fbab5ad732c3bce00f31af6ba5cfa ] AT_VECTOR_SIZE_ARCH should be defined with the maximum number of NEW_AUX_ENT entries that ARCH_DLINFO can contain, but it wasn't defined for RISC-V at all even though ARCH_DLINFO will contain one NEW_AUX_ENT for the VDSO address. Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones: RISC-V

Rationale: Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate. Deterministic algorithm: For each file: If not .svg: For each line: If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`: For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`: If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions return 200 OK and serve the same content: Replace HTTP with HTTPS. riscv: clean up the macro format in each header file

There are many different formats in each header now, such as _ASM_XXX_H, __ASM_XXX_H, _ASM_RISCV_XXX_H, RISCV_XXX_H, etc., This patch tries to unify the format by using _ASM_RISCV_XXX_H, because the most header use it now. This patch implements the perf registers sampling and validation API for the riscv arch. The valid registers and their register ID are defined in perf_regs.h. Perf tool can backtrace in userspace with unwind library and the registers/user stack dump support. UAPI headers licensed under GPL are supposed to have exception "WITH Linux-syscall-note" so that they can be included into non-GPL user space application code. The exception note is missing in some UAPI headers. Some of them slipped in by the treewide conversion commit b24413180f56 ("License cleanup: add SPDX GPL-2.0 license identifier to files with no license").
