This adds the 4 PWM controlled green LEDs to the HiFive Unleashed device
tree. The schematic doesn't specify any special function for the LEDs,
so they're added here without any default triggers and named d1, d2, d3
and d4 just like in the schematic.

VSC8541 phys need a special reset sequence, which the driver doesn't
currentlny support.  As a result enabling the reset via GPIO essentially
guarnteees that the device won't work correctly.  We've been relying on
bootloaders to reset the device for years, with this revert we'll go
back to doing so until we can sort out how to get the reset sequence
into the kernel.

This reverts commit a0fa9d727043da2238432471e85de0bdb8a8df65.

The GEMGXL_RST line on HiFive Unleashed is pulled low and is
using GPIO number 12. Add these reset-gpio details to dt-node
using which the linux phylib can reset the phy.

HiFive unleashed A00 board has VSC8541-01 ethernet phy, this device is
identified as a Revision B device as described in device identification
registers. In order to use this phy in the unmanaged mode, it requires
a specific reset sequence of logical 0-1-0-1 transition on the NRESET pin
as documented here [1].

Currently, the bootloader (fsbl or u-boot-spl) takes care of the phy reset.
If due to some reason the phy device hasn't received the reset by the prior
stages before the linux macb driver comes into the picture, the MACB mii
bus gets probed but the mdio scan fails and is not even able to read the
phy ID registers. It gives an error message:

"libphy: MACB_mii_bus: probed
mdio_bus 10090000.ethernet-ffffffff: MDIO device at address 0 is missing."

Thus adding the device OUI (Organizationally Unique Identifier) to the phy
device node helps to probe the phy device.

The Kendryte K210 SoC CLINT is compatible with Sifive clint v0
(sifive,clint0). Fix the Kendryte K210 device tree clint entry to be
inline with the sifive timer definition documented in
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/timer/sifive,clint.yaml.
The device tree clint entry is renamed similarly to u-boot device tree
definition to improve compatibility with u-boot defined device tree.
To ensure correct initialization, the interrup-cells attribute is added
and the interrupt-extended attribute definition fixed.

This fixes boot failures with Kendryte K210 SoC boards.

Note that the clock referenced is kept as K210_CLK_ACLK, which does not
necessarilly match the clint MTIME increment rate. This however does not
seem to cause any problem for now.

Add ARCH_HAS_KCOV and HAVE_GCC_PLUGINS to the riscv Kconfig.
Also disable instrumentation of some early boot code and vdso.

Boot-tested on QEMU's riscv64 virt machine.

The K210's bootloader does not provide a device tree. Give the ability
to providea builtin one with the SOC_KENDRYTE_K210_BUILTIN_DTB option.
If selected, this option result in the definition of a builtin DTB
entry in the k210 sysctl driver.

If defined, the builtin DTB entry points to the default k210.dts device
tree file and is keyed with the vendor ID 0x4B5, the arch ID
0xE59889E6A5A04149 ("Canaan AI" in UTF-8 coded Chinese) and the impl ID
0x4D41495832303030 ("MAIX200"). These values are reported by the SiPEED
MAIXDUINO board, the SiPEED MAIX Go board and the SiPEED Dan Dock board.

Pull RISC-V updates from Palmer Dabbelt:
 "This contains a handful of new features:

   - Partial support for the Kendryte K210.

     There are still a few outstanding issues that I have patches for,
     but I don't actually have a board to test them so they're not
     included yet.

   - SBI v0.2 support.

   - Fixes to support for building with LLVM-based toolchains. The
     resulting images are known not to boot yet.

  I don't anticipate a part two, but I'll probably have something early
  in the RCs to finish up the K210 support"
