Don't inherit headers "by chances" from asm/prom.h, asm/mpc52xx.h, asm/pci.h etc... Include the needed headers, and remove asm/prom.h when it was needed exclusively for pulling necessary headers. Some files functions in 'arch/powerpc/sysdev' are deserving of an `__init` macro attribute. These functions are only called by other initialization functions and therefore should inherit the attribute. Also, change function declarations in header files to include `__init`. ipic_get_mcp_status() is used by targets implementing NMI watchdog in target specific machine check handler in order to known whether a machine check results from a watchdog NMI reset. In case of very early machine check, primary_ipic pointer might not have been set yet, so ipic_get_mcp_status() needs to check it for nullity before using it. External IRQ0 (index 48) has the same capabilities as the other IRQ1-7 and is handled by the same register IPIC_SEPNR. When this register is not specified for "ack" in "ipic_info", you cannot configure this IRQ as IRQ_TYPE_EDGE_FALLING. This oversight was probably due to the non-contiguous hwirq numbering of IRQ0 in the IPIC. powerpc: Remove all usages of NO_IRQ

NO_IRQ has been == 0 on powerpc for just over ten years (since commit 0ebfff1491ef ("[POWERPC] Add new interrupt mapping core and change platforms to use it")). It's also 0 on most other arches. Although it's fairly harmless, every now and then it causes confusion when a driver is built on powerpc and another arch which doesn't define NO_IRQ. There's at least 6 definitions of NO_IRQ in drivers/, at least some of which are to work around that problem. So we'd like to remove it. This is fairly trivial in the arch code, we just convert: if (irq == NO_IRQ) to if (!irq) if (irq != NO_IRQ) to if (irq) irq = NO_IRQ; to irq = 0; return NO_IRQ; to return 0; And a few other odd cases as well. At least for now we keep the #define NO_IRQ, because there is driver code that uses NO_IRQ and the fixes to remove those will go via other trees. The struct irq_domain contains a "struct device_node *" field (of_node) that is almost the only link between the irqdomain and the device tree infrastructure. In order to prepare for the removal of that field, convert all users to use irq_domain_get_of_node() instead.
