Convert 'alloc_obj' family to use the new default GFP_KERNEL argument

This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\<k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

The hypervisor assigns one pipe per partition for all sources and
assigns new pipe after migration. Also the partition ID that is
used by source as its target ID may be changed after the migration.
So disable hvpipe during SUSPEND event with ‘hvpipe enable’ system
parameter value = 0 and enable it after migration during RESUME
event with hvpipe enable’ system parameter value = 1.

The user space calls such as ioctl()/ read() / write() / poll()
returns -ENXIO between SUSPEND and RESUME events. The user space
process can close FD and reestablish connection with new FD after
migration if needed (Example: source IDs are changed).

treewide: const qualify ctl_tables where applicable

Add the const qualifier to all the ctl_tables in the tree except for
watchdog_hardlockup_sysctl, memory_allocation_profiling_sysctls,
loadpin_sysctl_table and the ones calling register_net_sysctl (./net,
drivers/inifiniband dirs). These are special cases as they use a
registration function with a non-const qualified ctl_table argument or
modify the arrays before passing them on to the registration function.

Constifying ctl_table structs will prevent the modification of
proc_handler function pointers as the arrays would reside in .rodata.
This is made possible after commit 78eb4ea25cd5 ("sysctl: treewide:
constify the ctl_table argument of proc_handlers") constified all the
proc_handlers.

Created this by running an spatch followed by a sed command:

This commit comes at the tail end of a greater effort to remove the
empty elements at the end of the ctl_table arrays (sentinels) which
will reduce the overall build time size of the kernel and run time
memory bloat by ~64 bytes per sentinel (further information Link :
https://lore.kernel.org/all/ZO5Yx5JFogGi%2FcBo@bombadil.infradead.org/)

Remove sentinel from powersave_nap_ctl_table and nmi_wd_lpm_factor_ctl_table.
This removal is safe because register_sysctl implicitly uses ARRAY_SIZE()
in addition to checking for the sentinel.

The powerpc/platforms/pseries/mobility.c calls
watchdog_hardlockup_set_timeout_pct(), which is declared in
<asm/nmi.h>. We used to automatically get <asm/nmi.h> included, but
that changed as of commit 7ca8fe94aa92 ("watchdog/hardlockup: define
HARDLOCKUP_DETECTOR_ARCH"). Let's add the explicit include.

Then update a few comments near where names were changed.

This is specifically to make it less confusing when we want to introduce
the buddy hardlockup detector, which isn't using NMIs. As part of this,
we sanitized a few names for consistency.

Pull powerpc updates from Michael Ellerman:

- Add support for building the kernel using PC-relative addressing on
   Power10.

- Allow HV KVM guests on Power10 to use prefixed instructions.

- Unify support for the P2020 CPU (85xx) into a single machine
   description.

- Always build the 64-bit kernel with 128-bit long double.

- Drop support for several obsolete 2000's era development boards as
   identified by Paul Gortmaker.

- A series fixing VFIO on Power since some generic changes.

- Various other small features and fixes.

struct class should never be modified in a sysfs callback as there is
nothing in the structure to modify, and frankly, the structure is almost
never used in a sysfs callback, so mark it as constant to allow struct
class to be moved to read-only memory.

While we are touching all class sysfs callbacks also mark the attribute
as constant as it can not be modified. The bonding code still uses this
structure so it can not be removed from the function callbacks.

There is no need to declare an extra tables to just create directory,
this can be easily be done with a prefix path with register_sysctl().

Simplify this registration.
