powerpc/32s: Fix segments setup when TASK_SIZE is not a multiple of 256M

For book3s/32 it is assumed that TASK_SIZE is a multiple of 256 Mbytes, but Kconfig allows any value for TASK_SIZE. In all relevant calculations, align TASK_SIZE to the upper 256 Mbytes boundary. Also use ASM_CONST() in the definition of TASK_SIZE to ensure it is seen as an unsigned constant. This patch adds PGD/PUD/PMD/PTE level information while dumping kernel page tables. powerpc/64s/ptdump: Fix kernel_hash_pagetable dump for ISA v3.00 HPTE format

HPTE format was changed since Power9 (ISA 3.0) onwards. While dumping kernel hash page tables, nothing gets printed on powernv P9+. This patch utilizes the helpers added in the patch tagged as fixes, to convert new format to old format and dump the hptes. This fix is only needed for native_find() (powernv), since pseries continues to work fine with the old format. We want to make use of "pgtable_level" for an enum in core-mm. Other architectures seem to call "struct pgtable_level" either: * "struct pg_level" when not exposed in a header (riscv, arm) * "struct ptdump_pg_level" when expose in a header (arm64) So let's follow what arm64 does. mm/ptdump: split note_page() into level specific callbacks

Patch series "mm/ptdump: Drop assumption that pxd_val() is u64", v2. Last argument passed down in note_page() is u64 assuming pxd_val() returned value (all page table levels) is 64 bit - which might not be the case going ahead when D128 page tables is enabled on arm64 platform. Besides pxd_val() is very platform specific and its type should not be assumed in generic MM. A similar problem exists for effective_prot(), although it is restricted to x86 platform. This series splits note_page() and effective_prot() into individual page table level specific callbacks which accepts corresponding pxd_t page table entry as an argument instead and later on all subscribing platforms could derive pxd_val() from the table entries as required and proceed as before. Define ptdesc_t type which describes the basic page table descriptor layout on arm64 platform. Subsequently all level specific pxxval_t descriptors are derived from ptdesc_t thus establishing a common original format, which can also be appropriate for page table entries, masks and protection values etc which are used at all page table levels. powerpc: Replace CONFIG_4xx with CONFIG_44x

Replace 4xx usage with 44x, and replace 4xx_SOC with 44x. Also, as pointed out by Christophe, if 44x || BOOKE can be simplified to just test BOOKE, because 44x always selects BOOKE. Retain the CONFIG_4xx symbol, as there are drivers that use it to mean 4xx || 44x, those will need updating before CONFIG_4xx can be removed. arm64, powerpc, riscv, s390, x86: ptdump: refactor CONFIG_DEBUG_WX

All architectures using the core ptdump functionality also implement CONFIG_DEBUG_WX, and they all do it more or less the same way, with a function called debug_checkwx() that is called by mark_rodata_ro(), which is a substitute to ptdump_check_wx() when CONFIG_DEBUG_WX is set and a no-op otherwise. Refactor by centrally defining debug_checkwx() in linux/ptdump.h and call debug_checkwx() immediately after calling mark_rodata_ro() instead of calling it at the end of every mark_rodata_ro(). On x86_32, mark_rodata_ro() first checks __supported_pte_mask has _PAGE_NX before calling debug_checkwx(). Now the check is inside the callee ptdump_walk_pgd_level_checkwx(). On powerpc_64, mark_rodata_ro() bails out early before calling ptdump_check_wx() when the MMU doesn't have KERNEL_RO feature. The check is now also done in ptdump_check_wx() as it is called outside mark_rodata_ro().
