[ Upstream commit e93bb4b76cfefb302534246e892c7667491cb8cc ]

Since commit 6e690d54cfa8 ("serial: 8250: fix return error code in
serial8250_request_std_resource()"), registering an 8250 MMIO port
without mapbase no longer works, as the resource range is derived from
mapbase/mapsize.

Populate mapbase and mapsize accordingly. Also drop ugly membase KSEG1
pointer and set UPF_IOREMAP instead, letting the 8250 core perform the
ioremap.

My kernel robot reports build error from drivers/iio/adc/da9150-gpadc.c,

  drivers/iio/adc/da9150-gpadc.c:254:13: error: ‘DA9150_GPADC_CHAN_0x08’
  undeclared here (not in a function); did you mean ‘DA9150_GPADC_CHAN_TBAT’?
     254 |  .channel = DA9150_GPADC_CHAN_##_id,

We define GPIOD in rb.h, in fact it should only be used in gpio.c, but
it affects the driver da9150-gpadc.c which goes against the original
intention of the design, just move it to its scope.

<title>MIPS: RB532: fix return value of __setup handler</title>

__setup() handlers should return 1 to obsolete_checksetup() in
init/main.c to indicate that the boot option has been handled.
A return of 0 causes the boot option/value to be listed as an Unknown
kernel parameter and added to init's (limited) argument or environment
strings. Also, error return codes don't mean anything to
obsolete_checksetup() -- only non-zero (usually 1) or zero.
So return 1 from setup_kmac().

add_memory_region was the old interface for registering memory and
was already changed to used memblock internaly. Replace it by
directly calling memblock functions.
