[ Upstream commit 83767a67e7b6a0291cde5681ec7e3708f3f8f877 ]

After commit 411740f5422a ("KVM: MIPS/MMU: Implement KVM_CAP_SYNC_MMU")
old_pte is no longer used in kvm_mips_map_page(). So remove it to fix a
build warning about variable set but not used:

 arch/mips/kvm/mmu.c: In function 'kvm_mips_map_page':
>> arch/mips/kvm/mmu.c:701:29: warning: variable 'old_pte' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]

commit 3a6dbb691782e88e07e5c70b327495dbd58a2e7f upstream.

Commit e4de20576986 ("MIPS: KVM: Fix NULL pointer dereference") missed
converting one place accessing cop0 registers, which results in a build
error, if KVM_MIPS_DEBUG_COP0_COUNTERS is enabled.

commit e4de2057698636c0ee709e545d19b169d2069fa3 upstream.

After commit 45c7e8af4a5e3f0bea4ac209 ("MIPS: Remove KVM_TE support") we
get a NULL pointer dereference when creating a KVM guest:

The root cause is the deletion of kvm_mips_commpage_init() leaves vcpu
->arch.cop0 NULL. So fix it by making cop0 from a pointer to an embedded
object.

Add new types of KVM stats, linear and logarithmic histogram.
Histogram are very useful for observing the value distribution
of time or size related stats.

You can use kvm-y instead of kvm-objs to create the composite module.
kvm-$(CONFIG_...) looks cleaner.
